Jacky and Adam from Wedgetail Estate came to me ready to give their winery’s online presence the same fresh energy they have poured into the vineyard itself. They have put their heart and soul into reinventing this established Yarra Valley winery and wanted a website that felt just as personal, authentic, and welcoming as the estate.
That is where I stepped in.
This project was a real treat to work on. The Yarra Valley holds a special place for so many wine lovers, and helping Wedgetail Estate share its story felt like bringing a hidden gem to life online. The goal was clear: create a beautiful, user-friendly site that highlights their wines, tells their journey, and invites visitors to experience the cellar door.
We went with a clean, elegant design that lets their stunning photography and vineyard scenery shine. The colour palette draws on Wedgetail Estate’s branding and natural surroundings, while the typography keeps everything clear and easy to read on any device. Behind the scenes, the site is mobile responsive and SEO friendly, with optimised headings, metadata, and image alt text to help people discover the estate online.
It was also important to make things straightforward for visitors, from learning about the wines to planning a tasting at the cellar door. The layout gives guests the info they need without clutter, creating a smooth path to connect and visit.
The finished site gives Jacky and Adam a digital home that feels true to their hard work and passion, ready to grow with Wedgetail Estate’s next chapter.
