MEET SUSIE

After more than 14 years of running businesses and working with small business owners, I've seen firsthand how overwhelming websites and marketing can feel.

Most people aren't looking for the latest marketing trend or another complicated strategy. They simply want a website they're proud to share, a clear direction for their business, and the confidence that their online presence is actually working for them.

That's why I started Grid Marketing. I wanted to help business owners create websites that not only look great, but genuinely support their business goals. Whether you're starting from scratch or ready for a refresh, my focus is always on creating something that feels authentic, easy to manage and built with your ideal clients in mind.

I believe your website should be one of the hardest-working parts of your business, building trust, answering questions and helping the right people take the next step.

Small business owners deserve websites they're proud to share.

How I Got Here

Small business has always been part of my life. I grew up in a family of self-employed business owners, so from an early age I saw the hard work, resilience and determination that goes into building a business.

After studying Business Management, I spent several years working in business banking, supporting business owners across a wide range of industries. It gave me a deeper understanding of the challenges that come with running a business and reinforced something I'd learnt growing up: behind every business is a person passionate about what they do.

In 2012, I moved to Australia and eventually settled in the Adelaide Hills, where I now run Grid Marketing from my home office. What started as helping friends and clients with websites has gradually grown into a business focused on helping small business owners create websites that help them feel confident and professional.

Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to refresh an existing website, I'd love to help you create something that feels authentic, professional and aligned with your business goals.
