Why Work With Me?
Hi, I'm Susie.
I love helping small business owners take the ideas they've been carrying around in their heads and turn them into websites that feel polished, professional and unmistakably them.

As a Wix Legend Partner and website designer, I combine thoughtful design with practical marketing experience, so your website doesn't just look beautiful, it works hard behind the scenes too.

FAQS
-
Definitely. One of the biggest advantages of Wix is how easy it is to update yourself after launch.
-
It depends on the size of the project, but most websites are completed within a few weeks once content is ready.
-
Absolutely. Many of my clients already have a Wix website that's become outdated or no longer reflects their business. Rather than starting from scratch, I can refresh the design, improve navigation, update content and create a more polished, strategic website while keeping the things that already work well.
-
Choosing a Wix Legend Partner means you're working with someone recognised by Wix for their experience and expertise. Beyond designing beautiful websites, I understand how to make the most of the platform's features, improve user experience and create a website that's easy for you to manage long after launch.
-
Creating a great website is a collaborative process, and I'll guide you every step of the way. To keep your project running smoothly, here's what I'll need from you:
✓ Your website content
This includes your logo, brand assets, images and website copy. If you need help with photography or copywriting, I'm happy to recommend trusted professionals.
✓ Timely feedback
I'll keep you informed throughout the project and let you know when I need your input. Prompt feedback helps us maintain momentum and keeps your project on schedule.
✓ An open mind
Building a website involves lots of decisions, from layouts and colours to content and functionality. I'll provide honest advice and help you make confident choices that feel right for your business.
✓ Project payments
Paying invoices on time helps us stay on schedule and ensures your website can be completed and launched without unnecessary delays.
At the heart of every successful website project is collaboration. I'll be in your corner from our first conversation through to launch, making the process as straightforward and enjoyable as possible.
-
You don't need to be. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by websites, and that's completely normal. I'll explain everything in plain English, guide you through the process and make sure you feel confident using your website once it's live. My goal is to make the experience enjoyable, not intimidating.
-
Absolutely. I believe launching your website is just the beginning, not the end of our journey together.

Of course, if you'd prefer to manage your website yourself, I'll make sure you feel confident doing that too. My goal is to create a website that's easy for you to update while knowing you always have someone to call if you need a hand.
