Salisbury Optometrist approached me looking for a fresh digital presence that felt modern, clean, and easy for patients to navigate. The goal was simple: create a website that reflected their professionalism while making it effortless for people to find information and book appointments.
I built a brand-new Squarespace website with a clear, streamlined layout that puts usability first. Crisp typography, a neutral colour palette, and thoughtful spacing all work together to create a calm, welcoming feel that aligns with the practice’s focus on eye care and patient comfort. The design keeps things uncluttered, allowing key information like services, contact details, and location to stand out without overwhelming visitors.
A big part of the project was improving functionality. I integrated a Calendly booking system directly into the site, giving patients a quick and convenient way to schedule appointments online at any time. This not only enhances the user experience but also helps the team manage bookings more efficiently.
Beyond the visuals, the content was structured to be informative and easy to digest, helping patients understand what to expect and feel confident in their care. Every element was designed with clarity in mind, ensuring the site works just as well for new visitors as it does for returning patients.
It was a rewarding project to bring together, balancing clean design with practical features to create a website that truly supports both the business and its community.
