To start things off, I spend some time to get to know you, your business, your goals and your objectives. The aim? To truly understand each other. As we delve into the heart of your business, we explore design inspiration, functionality and initial concepts.

Design

This is where the magic happens! From an initial concept to the finished design, you’re given multiple opportunities for feedback and refinement.

Launch

I handle the tech to ensure your new website is launched online and ensure that everything is working as it should be.

A few frequently asked questions.

Most small business website projects take between 2 to 6 weeks depending on the size of the website, content requirements and feedback timelines.
Basic best practice onsite SEO is included such as ALT Tags, Meta and Page Descriptions, however it’s important to mention that SEO is something that needs to be continually nutured both on and off site and isn’t always guaranteed.
I require a 50% deposit to lock in time into my schedule and the remaining 50% is required once the website is live.
If you need some further time, I’m happy to discuss a payment plan at my discretion.
Hosting is the cost to ‘rent’ your website on Squarespace or WIX. It is also dependent on the functionality your website needs. For more information visit the official WIX or Squarepace websites.
I do receive a 20% discount for Squarespace and happy to pass this on to you.
To keep your project running smoothly, I require all website content before design begins. This includes your written copy, images, branding assets, and any other information you'd like included on your website.
Don't worry if you're unsure exactly what you need. I'll provide a clear content checklist and guidance on what to include, along with recommendations to help you gather everything efficiently.
Having all content together from the beginning helps streamline the entire process. It allows me to focus on designing your website without delays, reduces unnecessary revisions, and ensures your website is completed within the agreed timeframe.
Each website includes one round of revisions.
A revision is a single, consolidated list of reasonable changes to the completed design, such as updating text you've already provided, swapping images, adjusting spacing, or making minor design refinements.
Revisions are not intended for new content, additional pages, major layout changes, or redesigning sections after approval. These requests fall outside the original project scope and may incur an additional fee.
Limiting revisions to one round helps keep projects on schedule, ensures everyone stays focused on the original brief, and allows me to deliver your website efficiently without ongoing back-and-forth changes.
To make the most of your revision round, I recommend reviewing the website thoroughly and sending all requested changes together in one email. Any further revisions or additional changes requested after this included revision round can be completed at an additional cost.

Already have a Wix or Squarespace website that needs a few changes?

Whether you need content updated, a new page added, images replaced, blog support, mobile tweaks or help working out what needs improving, I offer flexible website support for existing Wix and Squarespace websites.

For smaller updates, I can quote the work based on what you need. For larger lists of changes or more strategic improvements, a Website VIP Day may be the better fit.
